    How to Do: Sit up straight in well ventilated corner with your eyes closed. Keep your eyes closed for some time. Observe the sensation in the body. Put your index finger on cartilage take a deep breath, gently press the cartilage. And then produce humming sound like bee. You humming sound will be low-pitched but you can produce high-pitched sound for better results. Do it 2 -3 times more for calm you mind feel stress free.
